Summey keeps dirt-mining outside the lines, at public park site

Charleston County Council Chairman Elliott Summey has continued to violate state regulations as his private company mines dirt from the site of a new public park in Awendaw, despite ongoing warnings from the state Department of Health and Environmental Control.
