Charleston, Georgetown ports to close Friday in preparation of hurricane conditions

The State Ports Authority will close its shipping terminals in Charleston and Georgetown on Friday and Saturday in anticipation of severe weather conditions associated with Hurricane Matthew, the maritime agency said Thursday.
