Hurricane Matthew nears landfall in Lowcountry, high winds expected

At 5 a.m. Hurricane Matthew was maintaining 105 mph hour winds about 60 miles from Charleston, its core offshore Hilton Head Island and headed for a temporary landfall near Hunting or Edisto islands.
