Dorchester County wastewater plants experiencing troubles, no threat to drinking water

Dorchester County Water and Sewer is warning residents to stay out of water near the utility’s lower wastewater treatment plant on Appian Way because it has been flooded. The water contains bacteria that can cause sickness including diarrhea.
