Power back on for most S.C. residents, but hardest-hit places present more challenges, risks

While most South Carolinians who lost power to Hurricane Matthew have regained their service, challenges including flooded areas, fallen trees and even snakes are slowing crews trying to restore electricity to some of the state’s most difficult-to-reach places.
