The Post and Courier Oct. 13 editorial titled "Grim Obamacare prognosis" complains ACA is unaffordable because of rising premiums but offers no explanation as to why this is. An excellent article in the Los Angeles Times by Michael Hiltzik ("What ails the Obamacare exchanges") does.
