Senate committee on public information and mass media chair Senator Grace Poe yesterday sponsored in plenary the committee report on the proposed Freedom of Information (FOI) law (Senate Bill 159) which aims to give flesh to the citizens’ constitutional right to information on matters of public concern as she sought for greater transparency in government.
