US wants Duterte’s ‘separation’ pledge clarified

U.S. Embassy press attaché Molly Koscina said in an email to Manila Bulletin that they have yet to hear from the Philippine government what Duterte’s remarks on “separation” might mean, adding that “it is creating unnecessary uncertainty.”
