Ethan Nwaneri currently holds the record for youngest player to feature for Arsenal in the Premier League after coming off the bench for his debut against Brentford in September 2022 aged 15 years and 181 days, but Dowman is getting closer to breaking that record.
Chelsea were reportedly keen to include Dowman in the deal for Noni Madueke during preliminary talks, but the Gunners promptly rejected the idea given how highly they rate him, and it will be intriguing to see how he fares going forward.
