Kazakhstan will temporarily shut down TV and radio broadcasts on March 5
Tengrinews.kz - Kazakhstan will temporarily suspend TV and radio broadcasts for scheduled maintenance work, the national operator Kazteleradio announced.
"On March 5, 2025, from 03:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., scheduled maintenance work will be carried out, resulting in the shutdown of services on satellite, digital, and analog broadcasting networks. During this time, the retransmission of TV and radio channels across Kazakhstan will be temporarily suspended," the statement said.
Kazteleradio reminded that, to ensure uninterrupted and high-quality broadcasting, quarterly maintenance work is conducted, leading to temporary service suspensions on satellite, digital, and analog networks.
The last scheduled suspension of TV and radio broadcasts in Kazakhstan took place on November 29, 2024.
