Kazakhstanis will not be able to enter China by car in early October

Tengrinews.kz – The movement of people, vehicles and cargo through road checkpoints on the Kazakhstan-China border will be temporarily suspended.

According to the State Revenue Committee, the restrictions will be in effect on October 1, 2 and 3 in connection with China’s National Day celebrations.

Railway checkpoints will continue operating as usual.

The State Revenue Committee urged carriers and travelers to take the restrictions into account when planning their trips and adjust their routes in advance.

As a reminder, border crossings were also restricted on September 25 due to China’s Mid-Autumn Festival celebrations.
