Frosts and strong winds are expected in Astana on September 29

Tengrinews.kz — Strong winds and ground frost are expected in Astana on September 29. This was reported by the capital akimat's city monitoring and rapid response center.
The city's Department of Emergency Situations, citing Kazhydromet, reported that north-easterly and easterly winds with gusts of 15–18 meters per second are expected during the day.

"Ground frost of 3 degrees is expected overnight. High fire danger persists," the report stated.

Kazhydromet previously reported that September 29 will be partly cloudy, with no precipitation. Daytime temperatures will reach +17...+19 degrees, while at night, the temperature will drop to +1...+3 degrees.
The weather forecast for the following days is as follows:

September 30: no precipitation is expected. Nighttime temperatures will be +4...+6 degrees, and daytime temperatures will be +17...+19 degrees. North-easterly winds will reach 9–14 meters per second.
October 1: rain is expected in the capital. At night, temperatures will be +4...+6 degrees, and during the day +13...+15 degrees. North-easterly winds will shift to south-easterly at 9–14 meters per second.

Forecasters previously noted that while mostly dry weather will persist across Kazakhstan in the coming days, the situation will change by October 1. Rain and thunderstorms are expected across much of the country, with continued frost in the northern regions.
