LNTPA representative: the idea of selling unused state land in Vilnius to supplement the state defence budget is rational

As the Mayor of Vilnius proposes financing defence by selling unused state-owned land, Šarūnas Tarutis, Investment Director at creative real estate projects’ development and placemaking company Citus and a member of the Lithuanian Real Estate Development Association (Lietuvos nekilnojamojo turto plėtros asociacija – LNTPA), views the idea positively.
