In Kaunas, in the Nemunaičiai neighbourhood, the real estate company SBA Urban has begun construction of the Poemos residential development. The total investment will amount to EUR 19 million. EIKA Construction won the tender for the main contract and will continue the work SBA Urban has already begun. Poemos will be the third residential project in the Nemunaičiai neighbourhood, which SBA Urban is developing in partnership with TABA Invest. Construction is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2028.
