David Amann, the former executive producer of ABC's Castle, has been tapped to serve as showrunner on NBC's upcoming Blacklist spin-off, The Blacklist: Redemption, which is set to launch midseason, will follow the characters of Tom Keen (Ryan Eggold) and his mother Scottie Hargrave (Famke Janssen). Redemption, Amann will join a producing team that includes Blacklist EPs Jon Bokenkamp, John Eisendrath, John Fox and John Davis, according to TVLine, which first reported the news.
