Maryland governor to make transportation announcement

Maryland Transportation Secretary Pete Rahn is scheduled to attend, along with Maryland Transit Administrator Paul Comfort.

In June, the Hogan administration announced it would not move forward with a proposed light rail project in the city known as the Red Line.
