Jail offers bed to Chintan Upadhyay, HC disposes plea

The jail authorities on Thursday informed the Bombay high court that it would provide a bed and bedsheets to arrested artist Chintan Upadhyay. The statement was made in response to a plea made by the artist for a bed in Thane jail for his ''bad back''.
