Moldovan Opposition Urges Constitutional Court to Annul PM Appointment

The opposition Socialist Party of Moldova on Thursday urged the country’s constitutional court to annul the decree appointing ruling Democratic Party’s member Pavel Filip as the new prime minister, as well as the government approval procedure.
