Appeals court rejects challenge to Minnesota park haze plan

ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) — A federal appeals court has rejected a challenge by environmental groups to Minnesota's plan for reducing haze over Voyageurs National Park and the Boundary Waters Canoe Area.
