Tobacco ban crackdown rakes in 3.6L

The Food and Drug Administration, in probably its first serious attempt to implement the Cigarette and Other Tobacco Products Act (COTPA), has penalized nearly 2,500 people and establishments across the state over the last two days. It is one among 25 agencies empowered to implement the act.
