State forest dept ‘no’ to let Centre retain 10% CAMPA fund

Even as the parliamentary standing committee on science and technology, environment, forests and climate change expressed displeasure over Maharashtra government not submitting its views on draft Compensatory Afforestation Fund Bill, 2015, the state forest department has opposed the plan to retain 10% of the funds by the Centre.
