City-based environmentalists said thet will soon file another writ petition in the National Green Tribunal (NGT) against dumping of waste by civic authorities in Ghata, Sector 58, which is notified as a forest area under Sections 4 & 5 of the Punjab Land Preservation Act, 1900.
