Sirsa surprises with 91.5% turnout

Sirsa topped the turnout table with 91.5 % voters exercising their franchise, followed by Kurukshetra at 89% and Yamunanagar at 88.6%, in the third and final phase of Haryana panchayat elections on Sunday.
