Last week, marking the one year anniversary of the EU association and free trade agreements signed with Moldova, Georgia and Ukraine, Europe's parliament reviewed their 'pupils' progress on reform. Pointing to the sorry state of Ukraine's economy, MEPs advised Kiev to take a lesson from Georgia and Moldova, and to increase its exports to Europe.
