India, France ink Rafale pact, no deal on price

India and France on Monday inked an inter-governmental agreement(IGA) on the sale of 36 French fighter jets, but Prime Minister Narendra Modi said the financial details of the deal were yet to worked out, adding this, too, would conclude soon.
