Peace cannot be discussed under shower of bullets: President Pranab on eve of Republic Day

Asking citizens to continue to "complain, demand, rebel", President Pranab Mukherjee, in his address to the nation on the eve of Republic Day, said that the nation must recognize that this is a virtue of democracy but also applaud what democracy has achieved.
