India signs accord to buy 36 Rafale jets from France, but talks on price to go on

India and France on Monday inked an inter-governmental agreement(IGA) on the sale of 36 French fighter jets, but Prime Minister Narendra Modi said the financial details of the deal were yet to worked out, adding this, too, would conclude soon.
