You’d think that in Milan and Paris, the men’s runways would mimic the streets: hunky guys dressed to the nines in immaculately fitted suits, slicked back hair, and $1,000 leather loafers (or, the Gucci furry shoes that are still a hit). Well, not this season. For the men’s fall 2016 shows, which culminated last night in Paris, some designers showed avant-grade fashion that incorporated recurring themes usually seen on women, like plunging necklines, skin-tight tops, and, perhaps worst of all, dresses. The boys also experimented with some quirky beauty trends, too, from sky-high hairdos to white face paint.
