India puts ball in US court on solar panels dispute

India has thrown the ball in US court as they inch towards settling a 3-year-old WTO dispute over domestic content requirement in New Delhi's solar power plan as both sides look for ways to avoid spoiling the current bonhomie in bilateral ties that has grown with the personal chemistry between PM Modi and President Obama.
