Ambedkar University issues statement condemning death of Rohith Vemula

In an unusual move, the Ambedkar University, Delhi, has issued a statement "condemning" the death of Rohith Vemula, PhD scholar at the University of Hyderabad and pledging to me more inclusive themselves.
