Woman goes to court after hubby invites girlfriend to live with them

A husband or a wife entering into an extramarital relationship has invited penal action for adultery or bigamy in the past court rulings, but the Ahmedabad family court has received a curious case wherein the husband is using livein contract drawn with girlfriend to gain immunity from law.
