Installation of tracking devices at clinics shelved

A recommendation by the Pre-conception and Pre-natal Diagnostic Techniques (PCPNDT) Act advisory committee to make it mandatory to install tracking devices at clinics and hospitals to keep a tab on ultra sounds conducted appears to have gone into cold storage.
