Pamma's parents appeal to Portuguese ministry

Parents of Sikh militant Paramjeet Singh Pamma, whose extradition from Portugal is being sought by the Indian authorities, met with the Portuguese ministry of justice on Friday and submitted a letter addressed to Francisca Van Dunemurging to consider the threat of torture making a decision on India's request.
