Music transcends geographical boundaries: Naik at Ghulam Ali concert

Setting all speculations to rest, Uttar Pradesh Governor Ram Naik said that music transcends geographical boundaries. Naik expressed this thought on Sunday, while speaking at the Lucknow Mahotsava, where Pakistani Ghazal singer Ghulam Ali rendered a number of ghazals to his fans amidst tight security arrangements.
