Police thrash 12-year-old maid over theft, hospitalised

Against the provision of Juvenile Justice Act and Rajasthan Police's guidelines on juveniles, the police allegedly apprehended a 12-year-old girl, working as a domestic help, from her home at around 8 am and thrashed her so badly with strap on her palms that she had to be admitted to a hospital in Kota.
