Man dies in workplace forklift accident in Green Bay

GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) — Federal workplace safety officials are investigating a fatal accident at a Green Bay trucking company.

A man died at Venture Logistics Monday afternoon. Occupational Safety and Health Administration officials say the accidental death involved a forklift.
