S. Korea's previous gov't aware of N. Korea's money diversion

SEOUL, Feb. 19 (Yonhap) -- South Korea's previous liberal government was aware that North Korea had diverted money received from South Korea through their joint factory park to weapons programs, the prime minister said Friday. Hwang Kyo-ahn said in
