Transit officials: Rail commuters to experience delays

BOSTON (AP) — Transit officials say rail train passengers will experience delays and many will be unable to reach South Station because of the major Amtrak signal failure.

Passengers on commuter rail trains from west and south of Boston were forced to get off trains at stops before South Station and transfer to rapid transit lines or walk the remaining distances to their destinations.
