AAP cries foul about 'filling of khazan lands'

Alleging that low-lying khazan agricultural land was being filled, the Aam Aadmi Party expressed concerns that the land filling by the appointed contractor of the 12km western bypass would impede the flow of water, increase siltation in the river bed and lead to flooding.
