China reacts coolly to tougher U.S. sanctions against N. Korea

BEIJING, Feb. 19 (Yonhap) -- China reacted coolly on Friday to a package of tougher U.S. sanctions against North Korea's latest nuclear test and launch of a long-range rocket, saying sanctions would not fundamentally resolve the North Korean issue.
