New Jersey gets none of $10M in federal rail safety funding

TRENTON, N.J. (AP) — New Jersey is receiving none of the $10 million of federal money awarded to improve safety on rail lines that carry oil.

A state Department of Transportation spokesman tells The Record newspaper (http://bit.ly/24deIEN ) the agency is disappointed it didn't receive any of Thursday's grants.
