Luxembourg's Prime Minister Hopes EU to Reach Deal With UK on Friday

Luxembourg's Prime Minister Xavier Bettel expressed hope on Friday that the participants of the European Council meeting would reach an agreement before the end of the day on EU reforms, in order to keep Britain within the bloc .
