The US, Europe, and Turkey have accused the Syrian government and Russia of causing civilian casualties during the operation to liberate the country. Bouthaina Shaaban, a political advisor to the Syrian President, suggests that if the West is truly concerned about the fate of civilians, it should unite with Damascus to put an end to terrorism.
