Alabama school bus driver praised for actions during fire

WKRG-TV reports (bit.ly/1KZxrxa) the Mobile County bus driver was on the road Wednesday afternoon when she noticed smoke pouring from the engine.

Pat Mitchell, transportation director for Mobile County public schools, said the driver — whose name was not released — had just completed the school system's latest round of emergency drills last week.
