Charges filed in overdose death at Concordia

(AP) — A Milwaukee man has been charged in the drug overdose death of a freshman at Concordia University in Mequon.

WISN-TV (http://bit.ly/1KZwqoO ) says Ford was found dead of an overdose in his dorm room.
