Kalikho Pul sworn in as CM of Arunachal Pradesh

Dissident Congress leader Kalikho Pul has been sworn in as the new chief minister of Arunachal Pradesh, hours after the Centre lifted President's Rule. The swearing in ceremony was held at the Raj Bhawan in Itanagar.
