President's rule lifted in Arunachal, Kalikho Pul to be sworn in as CM tonight

Dissident Congress leader Kalikho Pul is all set to be sworn in as the chief minister of Arunachal Pradesh on Friday night with the Centre lifting President's Rule in the state.
