Bassi not picked for CIC post, he says no regrets

Amid strong opposition from the Congress, opposition parties and RTI activists, Delhi Police commissioner B S Bassi’s name was dropped as a contender for the post of information commissioner following the controversy over the police’s handling of law and order at the Patiala House court.
