PDP schedules new date for national caucus, BOT, NEC meetings
– The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has rescheduled the meetings of its National Caucus, Board of Trustees (BOT) and National Executive Committee (NEC)
– The party’s national caucus meeting had been rescheduled for Sunday, March 6
– The Board of Trustees (BoT) meeting of the party would hold on Monday, March 7

The opposition, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has rescheduled the meetings of its National Caucus, Board of Trustees (BoT) and National Executive Committee (NEC).
This was disclosed in a statement issued by the party’s national publicity secretary, Olisa Metuh, on Tuesday, March 1, in Abuja.
The statement reads: “The National Caucus meeting has been rescheduled for Sunday, March 6, 2016 at 7pm. The Board of Trustees (BOT) meeting will now hold on Monday, March 7th 2016 at 11am, while the National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting holds at 2pm on the same Monday March 7th, 2016.

The leadership of the Party deeply regrets any inconveniences that may be caused by this adjustment.”
In a related development, the former deputy national chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Chief Olabode George has said that the greatest challenge facing the opposition party is indiscipline.
The PDP chieftain, who made this remark yesterday, March 1, at the General Assembly of the Lagos PDP held at the party’s secretariat, titled, “PDP: A new beginning, new revival” said no body is above the constitution of the party, said some people feel the party belongs to them, rather than submitting themselves to the constituted authorities in the party.
