Panchayat poll edu bar to be new Cong plank against BJP

Congress is set to launch another public campaign seeking repeal of the constitutional provision allowing states to prescribe educational qualifications for contesting panchayat polls, calling the laws brought by BJP-ruled states as inimical to interests of the poor and Dalits.
